Mainline
A mainline is a pipe that connects to your primary water source and delivers water to all the different components of your sprinkler system. The mainline is responsible for providing adequate water volume and pressure to your sprinkler system and can connect to sub-mainlines, lateral lines, control valves, and backflow preventers.
